Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All Exciting Mics merchandise is produced and fulfilled on a made-to-order or limited-run basis.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after purchase. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier, and production volume.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.


3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has received the package.


5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage or clearance fees

Exciting Mics is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for orders refused due to unpaid fees.


6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Exciting Mics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.

For packages confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us at [Insert support email] within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can review the issue.


7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


8. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.


9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
